Oregon Art Commission awards Arts Build Communities Grant to Anima Mundi Productions
The Arts Build Communities grant funds a mentoring program for Forward Youth teens to produce and display their art works, which share the story of their communities within the Rogue Valley.
The display of the teens' works at the gallery Art & Soul Ashland, takes place in conjunction with the premier of Dreams Have No Borders, a filmed opera that showcases the immigrant experience.

These are people who are contributing immensely to our community. These are people who are in our neighborhoods and in our lives, and in our families and friend circles, but who, for all kinds of obstacles, are not getting to share their lived experiences.
We believe the arts are the most powerful way for them to share their lived experiences.
