What is so beautiful and powerful is the way that spiritual and the nature of the way it is written—simple, simplistic approach, but what the singers do to make it come alive is something different.
It's not from the perspective of something that is literal as opposed to what comes in the moment in the way you would shape the phrase and the way you would sing something differently because the spirit in that moment is moving you.
